Benefits

Since ancient times, sideritis has been considered a remedy for colds, aches, allergies, indigestion, respiratory issues and a boost for the immune system. An increasing number of research confirms that mountain tea is packed with flavonoids and antioxidants, and that it lowers blood pressure.
